All Points began operations in 1997 as a Georgia corporation focused on logistics services supporting the federal government and commercial customers.
Over the next 12 years, All Points expanded its services to encompass engineering, IT and technical services support to multiple customers including NASA, Missile Defense Agency, Lockheed Martin, Jacobs Engineering, The Boeing Company, and the US Army.
In 2002, All Points opened an office in Huntsville, Alabama and began offering services as a Value-Added Reseller and IBM Business Partner, procuring over a billion dollars in IT and technical equipment for multiple federal and commercial agencies over the last 20 years.
In 2009, US Navy veteran Phil Monkress—one of the original All Points owners—assumed full ownership and moved All Points to Florida. Success under Phil’s leadership was quickly recognized by NASA as the agency’s Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and by Boeing as Supplier of the Year in 2011.
Our company experienced significant growth in 2013 due in no small part to our prime contract with NASA Johnson Space Center Health and Human Institutional Management Support as well as being selected by Lockheed Martin as a key software technology supplier to its space portfolio, including the NASA Orion program.
During 2016, NASA selected All Points to provide comprehensive information technology and communications services to the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. That same year, All Points also established its first SBA Mentor-Protégé Agreement as mentor to Huntsville-based cyber leader Mission Multiplier, Inc.
