Air Force Awards Integrated Logistics System Support to All Points

Huntsville, AL (June 25, 2020) – The U.S. Air Force has awarded All Points a 5-year contract task order for providing Air Force base-level Material Management Expertise (MME) capability in support of the Air Force Integrated Logistics System-Supply, or ILS-S. The ILS-S provides logistics planning and analysis for U.S. Air Force operations and over 18,000 users at 260 global locations. The task order was awarded on the General Services Administration’s designated “best in class” Veteran’s Technology Services, or VETS 2, contract. VETS 2 is the only government-wide acquisition contract set aside exclusively for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses.

All Points logistics personnel will be embedded with military and civilian personnel at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base to support ILS-S for the Air Force supply community. All Points experts will be responsible for managing IT projects involving investment analysis, data warehousing, e-commerce, material management and logistics, supply chain management, and procurement. All Points experts in business and requirements analysis, operations support, functional testing, training, and other fields will assist the Air Force in maintaining and expanding the capabilities of ILS-S.

“All Points was founded over 20 years ago with a focus on integrated logistics support for federal government programs,” said Phil Monkress, All Points CEO. “We are confident that our integrated logistics expertise will ensure continued exemplary support for the nation’s critical ILS-S capability.”

All Points partnered with LMI of Tysons, Virginia, a 59-year not-for-profit organization with extensive experience with ILS-S upgrades, operations, and technology.

Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, hosted by the Air Force 42nd Air Base Wing, is known as the current occupant of the site of the first Wright brothers’ civilian flying school.

“ILS-S provides All Points a terrific opportunity to continue to diversify into the DoD and Air Force market.” said Peter Lenzner, Huntsville-based All Points lead for the ILS-S bid. “The people at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex were amazing throughout the proposal process.”
