All Points Forms New Board of Advisors

Merritt Island, FL (May 5, 2021). All Points, a leader in space and defense, today announced the launch of its new strategic Advisory Board. This Advisory Board is comprised of distinguished space and defense industry leaders who will work closely with the leadership team to shape and advance strategic expansion at All Points.

Members of the Advisory Board include:

Rich Choppa, retired Boeing marketing and sales executive. Rich, who will chair the Board of Advisors, retired from the Boeing Company after serving as an executive in program management and business development. He served as Boeing’s Program Director for ICBM Sustainment Programs and as Senior Director for Global Sales and Marketing for the Missile and Weapon Systems division, delivering over $14 Billion in sales during his career across domestic and international markets. He is retired from the U.S. Army with leadership and command in Ranger and Airborne units, as a staff officer in the Pentagon, and throughout the former Soviet Union as a Foreign Area Officer. Today, he is owner and President of DellaCioppa Enterprises, an aerospace and defense consulting firm.

Jim Free has more than 26 years of experience developing and managing advanced spacecraft and space technology programs for NASA and industry. He has served as propulsion engineer on major spacecraft programs, led development of electric actuation technologies for NASA’s Next Generation Launch Technology Project, served as the NASA launch vehicle manager and autonomous rendezvous and docking manager for the Prometheus spacecraft, and worked in the human spaceflight program on Orion at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. He has received several awards for his leadership and career achievements, including the NASA Significant Achievement Medal and the GSFC Civil Service Excellence Award.

Jason Lagasca has over 25 years of experience as a government contracts attorney with service in the U.S. Marine Corps, the Department of Treasury, and as a consultant in the private sector. During his military career, he served as the Senior Military Assistant (Chief of Staff) to the DoD General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Defense’s attorney, on the Joint Staff, and as the General Counsel (Staff Judge Advocate) for several flag officers. Jason has also served as the Director of Operations at the Department of the Treasury (FinCEN), served in several positions in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, participated in the DoD’s U.S. Congressional Fellowship Program in the U.S. Senate, and was selected to serve as a White House Military Social Aide during the last year of the Clinton Administration and the first two years of the Bush Administration.
