19 Aug All Points’ Luis Betancout Received Honors

Houston, TX – 2022

All Points’ Luis Betancourt received several honors on August 18.  He was presented an Excellence Award and a flaming torch pin from JSC’s Flight Integration Division for significant contributions to the development and conduct of training for the Artemis I mission. Pictured, L-R, Michael Jones/All Points Manager, Kevin Repa/All Points VP/GM, Luis Betancourt, Scott Stokes/KBR Integration Section Manager, and Marty Smith/All Points MSOC Deputy PM.  Luis was also given the honor of hanging the plaque that is in this picture.  That plaque was presented to the Flight Operations Artemis I Training Systems Team that was recognized as a finalist for an RNASA Stellar Award. It includes a flag flown on SpaceX CRS-3 and remained on the International Space Station for 2 months.
