08 Feb Two Proven Technical Partners Come Together to Serve Federal Government in New Joint Venture

All Points Logistics, LLC (All Points) and Optimized Technical Solutions, Inc (OTS) are proud to announce their new SBA Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture partnership, Technology Consulting Partners (TCP). This Joint Venture continues the relationship between the two companies, while their first Joint Venture, AP&O Solutions, remains focused on the GSA contract vehicle, STARS III. The synergy of the two companies as SDVOSB, 8(a), and WOSB will continue to provide solutions to the federal government.

The Managing Venturer, OTS, is an SBA-certified 8(a), woman-owned small business with offices in San Antonio, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama. Currently serving in multiple areas of the federal government, OTS specializes in multi-cloud architecture, DevSecOps solutions, Oracle SRP support, and software development.

TCP will operate to provide solutions in NAICS code 541519, 541512, and 541511, which offer computer related services.

“The key areas of services to the government the Joint Venture provides as an 8(a) WOSB gives multiple benefits as the government seeks to increase the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) with the capability of the socio-economic small businesses in the US,” stated All Points Senior Vice President/General Manager, Dr. Stephanie Sherby who manages All Points’ joint venture projects.

“All Points mentors small companies for two interconnected reasons, which are equally important. Assisting the government to enhance the small business capability in the DIB is served by mentoring and partnering with extremely talented small businesses like OTS,” shared All Points CEO Phil Monkress, “Mentoring and partnering also provides a way for the All Points team to continually hone their skills through sharing with the OTS team.”

The goals of the Joint Venture include enhancing the DIB with a strong 8(a) WOSB, providing outstanding solutions as TCP, and enabling OTS to serve the government on larger and larger contracts. TCP positions All Points and OTS to provide enterprise level solutions that are low risk at competitive prices.
